Stuff Worth Noticing
The last edition of this newsletter was quite a while ago, so I am not sure if you even remember me.
But if you do, then here’s an update: I am exhausted.
Reason: I got a full-time job.
To make this even worse, I write and edit and do strategy for my work. This makes me not want to write outside of the job.
Who knew, huh? (I did)
But all hope isn’t lost. A friend of mine (he’s subscribed to this) told me that he likes what I write, and so I will listen to my one (actually two, because I like myself) fan and continue to write.
This Substack was my 3rd attempt at writing for myself—creating my IP, if you are familiar with copyright. The first 2 Substacks never saw more than 2 posts. But this one is special. I have continued to publish more than 2 posts.
And after keeping at writing consistently for this Substack, I have finally grown to understand the sort of topics I want to write more about and the things that I want to share with my readers.
So, I am finally rebranding this newsletter. I am moving from anger (which I ended up processing in my own time) towards curiosity.
Welcome to “Stuff Worth Noticing”
Now, while I have decided on the name of the rebrand, I haven’t yet reached a point where I know exactly what this Substack is for. I don’t know my audience, nor do I have a niche. I just know that I like talking about culture, society, the individual, and the patterns in which they interact. So, that’s all the information I can give you at the moment.
Since this is a rebrand, I am not removing anyone from my subscriber list. However, if you feel like this is not your thing, feel free to unsubscribe.
I want this place to be free.
Free for people to leave, free for people to join (at least for now).
If you decide to leave, it was great knowing that my stuff resonated with you!
If you plan to stick around, welcome to Stuff Worth Noticing!
See you soon, bye bye!
